Fast track entry to the festival, luxury toilets (not portaloos), bespoke bar, bespoke food concessions, seating and a main stage viewing platform.

Event E-Tickets will be released by the primary ticketing vendor/s no earlier than 2 days prior to the event date to protect fans.

To access the VIP area, children aged between 3-17 years old require a VIP bolt-on in addition to their ticket. Children aged 2 years and under can access the VIP area without a bolt-on. Bolt-ons can be purchased HERE.

Upon arrival at the festival, all customers will be subject to a search. Various items are prohibited at the event to keep everyone safe and to allow us to comply with the licensing objectives. The following items are prohibited at the event, and we reserve the right to prohibit any other item if, in the reasonable opinion of the organisers, it could constitute a risk to safety or security.
Food and Drink: You may not bring any food or drink (including alcohol) to the event. Water points are available on-site. Empty reusable water bottles are permitted.
Liquids: You may not bring any liquids into the event other than a tube of suncream up to 100ml. Empty reusable water bottles (not made of glass) are permitted. Water points are available on site.
Drugs / Controlled Substances: A drug search is in operation at the event entrances, and if any drugs are found, you will be ejected from or refused entry to the event and passed to the police.
New Psychoactive Substances “Legal Highs’: Strictly forbidden at the event and following the introduction of the Psychoactive Substances Act on 26 May 2016, and could result in penalties for possession or supply. This applies equally to any substance that can’t be identified by our security team.
Animals: No pets are allowed on site. Only registered assistance dogs will be permitted at the event – please let our Access Team know if you will be bringing an assistance dog with you by contacting access@xthetracks.com.
Large bags: Any bags larger than A4 size are prohibited and there are no cloakroom facilities at the event. You can leave your bags at one of Stasher’s hundreds of left luggage locations (within walking distance of the Festival), for more details visit www.stasher.com.
Glitter: The event organisers are committed to minimising the impact of the event on the park environment; containers of glitter will be confiscated on arrival.
Flags/Banners On Poles: We respect the peaceful expression of views in a way which does not compromise the safe and inclusive space we strive to create for everyone attending. Flags and banners on poles are not allowed within the festival as they restrict the view of audience members and can cause accidental injury.
Balaclavas, Face Coverings or Masks: The wearing of balaclavas, face coverings, or masks is strictly prohibited on site, except for religious reasons or medically certified health exemptions. Anyone wearing these items outside of these reasons will have them confiscated without exception.
Trolleys/Push Chairs: Trolleys are prohibited from entering the site; however, push chairs are allowed. If you have a wheelchair, please see the access requirement section below to access the viewing platform.
Permanent Markers & Pens: Any permanent marker, paint, ink or Sharpie pen will be confiscated.
Filming equipment: Unauthorised professional photography or filming equipment is prohibited.
Dangerous items: The following are considered dangerous and are not permitted; our security team reserve the right to prohibit:
Glass in any form (including perfume bottles and baby food)
Cans or metal containers, with the exception of empty reusable water bottles, which can be filled inside the event at free drinking water stations.
Spray cans, Gas cannisters or compressed gas in any container
Fireworks, flares, smoke cannisters, Chinese lanterns
Camping stoves or cooking apparatus, explosives
Handheld communication devices such as radios, radio jammers/scanners
Firearms, knives or blades, or replica weapons of any sort
Large umbrellas
Balloons
Stools/camping sticks /stick chairs/ chairs or other furniture
Gazebos or parasols
Sports equipment
Flags and banners on poles
Megaphones, amplification equipment
Klaxons, airhorns or other similar items capable of making a loud noise
Laser pens
Scooters, skateboards, bicycles, trolleys and buggies
Hi-visibility tabards or similar
We are not liable for any prohibited items or items we deem inappropriate or unsafe that are confiscated. There is no facility to store prohibited items on-site.

The organisers are working closely with the Met Police to make Cross The Tracks a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Our aim is for a crime and drugs-free event: you should expect to be searched as you enter the site.
If found with drugs, you will be ejected from or refused entry to the event and passed to the police.

At the end of the event, think of our neighbours around the park and leave quietly.
There are two exits out of the event, one to Brixton Station and one for Herne Hill Station.
All park gates will be secured with the exception of Brixton Water Lane gate and Herne Hill gates.
Please follow signage and instructions of security who are there to help you.

1.Box Office
If you are collecting tickets or have any ticketing queries please visit our on-site box office which will be open from 11:00 - 21:00 on Sunday 26th May 2024.
2. Food and Drink
There are a variety of food traders at the festival with a wide variety of bars.
3. Toilets
Toilets are located throughout the site and clearly signed.
4. Welfare and First AidThere is a Welfare and First Aid provision on site, services are open during event hours and all visits are logged and recorded.
5. Access Hub
A new Access Hub will be available on site to support all access-related needs during the event.
6. Nappy Changing
Our Welfare Area will be able to assist with any areas required for nappy changing and breast feeding. Please visit our Welfare area and ask staff for assistance.
7. Free Drinking Water
There are free drinking water points available throughout the event. We encourage you to bring your own re-useable water bottle to refill at these points.
8. Seating and Shade
This is a full standing show, however we do offer some seating around food concession areas within the site so you can enjoy your meal. We recommend customers prepare for all weathers.
9. Recycling
In an effort to reduce the use of plastic on site the event will be selling zero single use plastic at Cross The Tracks this year.
Please help us to recycle more by choosing the right bin for your food and drink packaging at Cross The Tracks.10. Reusable Cup Scheme
This year, we’re introducing a reusable cup scheme. Your first cup will cost £1, then you can exchange it for a fresh one when you get a new drink. When you’re finished, drop it into one of our reusable cup bins around the site.
10. ATMs
There will be no ATMs available on site. Cross The Tracks is a cashless event, and no bars or food vendors will accept cash.

Lost Property is managed by the TLC Welfare team at the Welfare Tent, located near Stage 4 and First Aid.
If you have lost or found an item, please head to the Welfare Tent and speak with the TLC team in purple high vis.
We also have a Lost Property Form that you can fill out during or after the event to log any missing items. The form will be linked here - https://notlostenquiry.com/tlc-welfare/
During the event:
Visit the Welfare Tent to check if your item has been handed in.
Fill out the Lost Property Form to log your missing item.
After the event:
If your item was handed in, our Welfare team will match it with your form entry and arrange to post it back to you.
Please do not return to the festival site after the event to collect lost items — all returns will be handled by post.

No pets are allowed on site. Assistance dogs will be permitted.

There are no lockers on site, please try to avoid bringing large bags (anything over A4 size) or any other item which may need storing whenever possible. You can leave your bags at one of Stasher’s hundreds of left luggage locations (within walking distance of festival), for more details visit www.stasher.com

Not once you’ve reached the search teams, after then you cannot take food and drink onto the site – apart from one sealed plastic bottle of water up to 500ml. Local food and drink vendors will be available on site.

VIP EntranceWe actively deter visitors from driving to the event, there is no available parking in or around the areas. Lambeth and Southwark parking enforcement will be working all weekend, and vehicles which are parked illegally will receive enforcement action or be towed. There are multiple road closures in place to help facilitate the event, so normally free parking bays will not be available.
We advise all visitors to choose greener travel options, such as public transport and arriving by bike or foot. We have a bike park outside the festival site for anyone wishing to cycle to the event. It is located at the Herne Hill entrance. There are also cycle racks available in the local area. Please respect the park and do not attach your bike to the park railings or gates.
Tube: The nearest Tube is Brixton Station (approximately 1km away)
Brockwell Park is approximately 1 mile away from Brixton Underground Station. Visitors can travel by train from the nearby Brixton Rail Station to Herne Hill, which is a 2 minute train journey. The distance between Brixton Underground Station and Brixton Rail Station is approximately 130 metres by roadside pavement and involves crossing a road once.
There are also several bus routes from the underground station to outside of the park.
There is step-free access at Brixton Underground station.

Train: The nearest National Rail is Herne Hill (approximately 500 metres away)
Herne Hill is the closest station to the event site, situated to the north-east of Brockwell Park. The station is approximately 500 metres away from both the Brixton and Herne Hill entrances of the festival site and involves crossing two roads to access the park. Staff help is available at this station with ramps for train access and step free access coverage.

Bus:
The following routes all serve the area: 2, 3, 37, 68, 196, 322, 432, 468, 690 and all have accessible access.
The closest bus stops located outside of the show site are on Dulwich Road and Norwood Road. Both bus stops are located approximately 130 metres (2 minute walk) away from the Herne Hill entrance to the park.
