Cross The Tracks is committed to making sure that the event management plans minimise disruption to park users and the local community. The organisers are also actively looking to engage residents with the event and create opportunities for performers, traders and workers from the local area to be involved, as well as ongoing investment into a local community fund.
Community Fund 2019
The deadline for the Mighty Hoopla & Cross The Tracks 2019 Community Fund has now passed. Thank you to everyone who submitted an application.
The applications are now sat with the judging panel who will be meeting at the end of August to decide the allocation of the fund.
Community Information Sessions
We will be releasing information about community sessions, where residents can get a full brief about the festival plan and are able to give feedback, in advance of next years festival so please stay tuned.
Resident Ticket Ballot
Every year we give a selection of local residents complimentary tickets to the event. The Resident Ticket ballot for 2020 will open later in the year so please check back for more info.

Local Music Competition
Following on from the great success of the local music competition at 2019’s festival, we will be running another for 2020 applicants. Please check back for opening date and how to apply.
